This is what I wore for a walk around the mall today ... a wrap around skirt and top. The colors are very summery, but given the current weather in Mumbai, it felt apt :)

ReplyDeleteApart from the above, many other seasonal flowering plants can be grown in winter. Eg. Candytuft, Carnations, Centoria, Cornflower, Gypsophila, love language quiz Nastrissium, Nigella, Poppy, etc Snowdrops (Galanthus nivalis). These are the earliest of the spring-blooming bulbs, often poking out above the snow as early as January or February, even in the Northeast and Midwest. Snowdrop flowers have three white petals that hang down like milk drops dripping off the stems.
